Craig Dickman is the Managing Director for TitletownTech and one of the key visionaries in its creation. Prior to TitletownTech, he founded StageThree, an innovation-focused practice working with corporate partners and entrepreneurs to create, build, and commercialize new capabilities and ventures. He is an experienced entrepreneur who founded Breakthrough Fuel and co-founded the N.E.W. Venture Foundry; an inventor with multiple patents; and a successful chief executive at Breakthrough Fuel, Paper Transport, and Master Fleet. Before launching and leading successful businesses, he was an executive at Schneider National and SHADE Information Systems as well as a contracted team member on two NASA Discovery Missions: Lunar Prospector and Near-Earth Asteroid Rendezvous (NEAR).
Craig received his bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the UW-Green Bay Council of Trustees and on the Board of Directors for the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.
Jill Enos works with innovators and startups at TitletownTech to bring new business models to market. Prior to TitletownTech, Jill worked with Fortune 50 innovation leaders at StageThree to create and build new ventures and capabilities. She also co-founded and led the N.E.W. Venture Foundry, an early-stage investment group that has provided seed capital and mentorship to regional startups in healthcare, supply chain & logistics, and fintech. Jill also founded the Fox Connection, a collaboration of area public and private universities working together to advance entrepreneurial opportunities for area students including creating “The Pitch,” an annual regional college startup idea competition.
Prior to returning to the Midwest from Washington DC, Jill was part of the leadership team at a venture-backed enterprise software services company that was acquired by AT&T. Earlier in her career she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Jill has a BA in political science from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Peter Romenesko assists in the development of disruptive solutions and business models that leverage digital technologies at TitletownTech. Prior to TitletownTech, Peter worked closely with corporate leaders to identify new industry opportunities and to bring new ventures to market. He spent eight years in the Supply Chain industry with a Wisconsin-based supply chain and transportation energy management company, leading the company’s Fortune 500 co-innovation and global expansion efforts across 40+ countries. During his tenure, Peter oversaw corporate digital transformation efforts, product development programs, data science applications, and global expansion teams. The company was acquired in May 2019.
Peter has a BA in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
Neil Mix leads Applied Technology for TitletownTech, bringing technology strategy and guidance to the investment process and emerging ventures. Prior to TitletownTech, Neil enjoyed a successful career as a software engineer and entrepreneur for numerous venture capital backed startups. Early in his career Neil co-founded an Internet e-commerce startup that was ultimately acquired by Microsoft. Later on he joined Pandora which he helped build from the ground up through IPO. More recently Neil has devoted his energy to growing early-stage companies through consulting, coaching and investing, culminating in his partnership with the TitletownTech team.
Cordero Barkley is the director of finance and investments. Formerly, he was an Assistant Vice President – Fiduciary Officer with Associated Bank Wealth Management, working with high net-worth individuals.
As a former Division I Student-Athlete, Barkley earned his Bachelor’s degree and his MS from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Barkley was recognized by the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce as 2018 Future 15 recipient, as well as a recipient of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Distinguished Recent Alumni Award for 2018. He also currently serves on a number of boards in the Greater Green Bay community.”
Aaron Kennedy is the founder of Noodles & Company, a high growth fast-casual restaurant with 450 locations across the U.S. (CEO/Chairman from 1995-2008). He now serves on the board of directors for Sartori Cheese Company, Sterling Rice Group and Modern Market.
Formerly, he was Chief Marketing Officer for the State of Colorado (2012-14) and in the early days of internet, he was Marketing Director for the NY office of BrandImage, directing branding projects for Coca-Cola, The Limited Company, Swiss Army Products, and the PGA. Earlier, he was brand manager at Pepsi Cola Company and at Oscar Mayer Foods, where he helped develop and launch Lunchables.

Chloe Pahl is the Connections Associate at TitletownTech. In her role, she manages the TitletownTech Directory of talent, assists in startup assessment and portfolio company support, and facilitates internal and external communication. Before returning to her hometown and joining the TitletownTech team, Chloe worked in Milwaukee at Brooksource, an IT staffing agency, as both a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive.
Chloe graduated from Butler University with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She held previous positions at Breakthrough Fuel and Roche Diagnostics
