Craig Dickman is the Managing Director for TitletownTech and one of the key visionaries in its creation. Prior to TitletownTech, he founded StageThree, an innovation-focused practice working with corporate partners and entrepreneurs to create, build, and commercialize new capabilities and ventures. He is an experienced entrepreneur who founded Breakthrough Fuel and co-founded the N.E.W. Venture Foundry; an inventor with multiple patents; and a successful chief executive at Breakthrough Fuel, Paper Transport, and Master Fleet. Before launching and leading successful businesses, he was an executive at Schneider National and SHADE Information Systems as well as a contracted team member on two NASA Discovery Missions: Lunar Prospector and Near-Earth Asteroid Rendezvous (NEAR).

Craig received his bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the UW-Green Bay Council of Trustees and on the Board of Directors for the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.


Jill Enos works with innovators and startups at TitletownTech to bring new business models to market. Prior to TitletownTech, Jill worked with Fortune 50 innovation leaders at StageThree to create and build new ventures and capabilities. She also co-founded and led the N.E.W. Venture Foundry, an early-stage investment group that has provided seed capital and mentorship to regional startups in healthcare, supply chain & logistics, and fintech. Jill also founded the Fox Connection, a collaboration of area public and private universities working together to advance entrepreneurial opportunities for area students including creating “The Pitch,” an annual regional college startup idea competition.

Prior to returning to the Midwest from Washington DC, Jill was part of the leadership team at a venture-backed enterprise software services company that was acquired by AT&T.  Earlier in her career she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Jill has a BA in political science from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Peter Romenesko leads the Innovation Lab for TitletownTech where he enables the development of disruptive solutions and business models with corporate partners leveraging digital technologies. Prior to TitletownTech, Peter was part of the StageThree corporate innovation team, working closely with corporate leaders to identify new industry opportunities and to bring new ventures to market.  Peter also spent eight years with Breakthrough – a Wisconsin-based supply chain and transportation management company – where he led the company’s Fortune 500 co-innovation efforts. During his tenure, Peter oversaw Breakthrough’s digital transformation, product development, data science, and global expansion teams.

Peter has a BA in business administration from St. Norbert College.
