Our Team

Alongside representatives from the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft, TitletownTech Managing Partner Craig Dickman architected the original strategy and vision for the firm.

An inventor with multiple patents, Craig founded Breakthrough Fuel, an energy information and supply chain management company, which he scaled to 47 countries. The company was acquired by U.S. Venture in 2019. He also served as CEO of Breakthrough Fuel, Paper Transport, and Master Fleet, and previously held executive positions at Schneider National and SHADE Information Systems.

Craig's entrepreneurial acumen is further evidenced by his founding of StageThree, an innovationfocused practice working with Fortune 50 leaders and entrepreneurs to create, build, and commercialize new capabilities. He also co-founded the New Venture Foundry, an early-stage investment group providing seed capital and mentorship to regional startups. Additionally, he was a contracted team member on two NASA Discovery Missions: Lunar Prospector and Near-Earth Asteroid Rendezvous (NEAR).

Outside of TitletownTech, Craig is the Chairman and principal owner of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the High-A Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, a summer collegiate team in the Northwoods League.

Craig received his BS in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the NFL’s Green Bay Packers.
