GREEN BAY, WI (Aug. 30, 2023) -- TitletownTech, a venture capital firm anchored by the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft, has invested in IVO Systems, a Wisconsin-based construction operations platform. The company raised $1.5 million in a seed round led by TitletownTech with participation from select IVO Systems customers like Woods Dirt (OK) and Eramo & Sons (OH). Funds will be used to make product enhancements and hire for roles in marketing, sales, and software development.
“IVO Systems is where innovation meets infrastructure, and we’re thrilled to be a part of shaping the future of construction through our investment,” said TitletownTech Partner Cordero Barkley. “It's not just about bricks and mortar anymore; it's about data-driven efficiency and real-time collaboration.”
IVO Systems was purpose-built in 2019 by Eric Christensen and Bob Lien. Together, with more than 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry, Eric and Bob have built easy-to-use software solutions for the civil construction industry that empower companies to close the information gap. IVO Modules currently include equipment tracking and dispatching, aggregating telematics data, employee scheduling, preventative maintenance and work orders, custom equipment inspection forms, and equipment rental management.
“When Bob and I were working in the industry, we saw a lot of complicated estimating and accounting-first software failing to properly manage construction operations,” said IVO Systems President and Co-Founder Eric Christensen “We set out to create easy-to-use software that was built specifically for construction operations."
